One yoga class will feel great… regular yoga will transform
My regular yoga classes are friendly and accessible – you do not need to be a seasoned “yogi” to join in and you are allowed to smile and wobble in class! They are “vinyasa” style, which means the movement and poses are connected with the breath into a flow.
The classes are suitable for all levels as I can offer different options for advanced or beginner students. They are challenging - in a good way! - but you’ll also enjoy a wonderful relaxation at the end. Expect to work on your hamstrings, hips, shoulders, core and much more. Gradually you'll build strength and flexibility and surprise yourself at what your body can do.
LiveThriveYoga in-person classes are £10 to drop-in or £50 for a 6 class pass (use over 3 months).

“Laura is an engaging teacher, who clearly explains each pose making her classes easy to follow. Laura is able to cater for all capabilities providing variations for each pose, depending upon your skill level or how you feel that day. I particularly enjoy the ‘fun’ challenges! I would recommend her friendly classes to anyone, no matter what level.”

“Wednesday night is my weekly mind & body reset. I have greatly enjoyed attending Laura's Wednesday night yoga for the past 2 years. It is a safe & supportive space to practice. I feel the physical challenge of the positions and that is without the possible extension possibilities for those more able. But what I particularly find beneficial is the de-stressing effect that I gain as a result of the mental focus. My yogic sleep is bliss and I leave feeling set up for another week in this over-stimulating world we live in.”

“It’s my favourite time of the week - Friday yoga with Laura. I always come away feeling brighter, better and a bit more flexible. Laura somehow manages to cater for a wide range of abilities in her classes which are fun and engaging.”

I can provide a mat but you’re also welcome to bring your own (especially with current concerns about Covid). Bring water and maybe a blanket for the relaxation at the end if you like.
-
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Layers are recommended as you’ll warm up and then cool down. You might want a jumper and socks for the final relaxation.

Please do not come to class if you have any Covid symptoms. Wash hands before and after class. Ideally bring your own mat, although I will wipe down any borrowed mats before & after class.
