About Me

Hello! I’m Laura Knightly Brown, a yoga teacher and all-round wellbeing enthusiast. I want to share with you what I’ve learned from 20 years of practice, training and self-study, but also to inspire you to follow your own journey of wellbeing discovery – on and off the yoga mat. I believe that we all have the potential to get a bit more out of life when we feel the best we can… to thrive instead of just survive.

I am a qualified and registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200hrs).
